Located across the street from the beach and less than 5 minutes walk away from the San Pedro seaside promenade, you will enjoy a stroll along and find various options for local beach restaurants, ice cream kiosks, sunbathing areas and free public fitness equipment available.
The property consists of 6 bedrooms, a sunny garden with a small swimming pool (5x3m) which can be heated upon request, a BBQ/ Al fresco dining area with shade and a ceiling fan, and a rooftop terrace with seaview.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor, on the right after the corridor, you will find the first King bedroom with built-in wardrobe, next to a family bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Fully equipped Kitchen on the left as you continue on the same corridor, with an island and 3 high stools perfect for enjoying a drink or a mid-day snack. This area gives onto a large living room divided into two areas. One side has a cozy lounge with a large sofa and a couple of comfortable chairs, fireplace, and a smart TV. The other side of the room features a dining table adjustable to up to 12 people as well as a glass sliding door opening to an outdoor sunny seating area, ideal for an afternoon siesta.
The first floor features a Super King bedroom with a large ensuite including a bath, walk-in shower, and separate toilet. This bedroom gives onto a long balcony facing South with seaview. The second bedroom on this floor is a twin with wardrobe and the third room is a King with large wardrobe, office desk and a panoramic window looking onto the outdoor bbq area and garden. These two bedrooms will share a family bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The second floor gives access to a private rooftop terrace with a seating area covered by a pergola and giving onto a magnificent seaview. A wine fridge is also available on this floor if you wish to enjoy a drink at sunset.
The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom attached to a separate bathroom, opposite to a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and fridge/freezer. This floor also leads to a second spacious lounge with large sofas, pool table and another King bedroom with dressing table and a beautiful Ensuite.
