Being south facing the apartment is very bright and airy, an ideal property for a family holiday.

La Gavia has a large communal pool with a separate children’s pool. A security fence around the pools ensure it is safe for children to play.

A two minute walk will take you to the beach and San Pedro paseo which has a great choice of chiringuitos to choose from. Wallking into San Pedro town will take 10 minutes where along with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants there are two childrens play parks. For anyone looking for a stress and car free holiday, this is the place.

Puerto Banus is a 5 minute drive with Marbella a 10 minute drive and both are on the local bus route. There are several golf clubs within a ten minute drive including Atalaya, Los Naranjos and La Quinta.
