This is a lovely second floor 3 bedroom apartment in San Pedro, The apartment is less than a minutes’ walk to the beach and Paseo and just 10 minutes’ walk to the centre of San Pedro and the new Boulevard. You do not need a car as all amenities are within easy walking distance.
The apartment is west facing so has a sunny terrace from midday through to the evening and overlooks the road and beac. It has a fitted kitchen with all the appliances you need to make a stress free holiday. Off the kitchen is the utility area with washing machine.
There is a TV with UK channels and there is Wifi throughout the apartment. The lounge has patio doors to the large terrace overlooking the beach.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. It has direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third room has twin beds.
The apartment has security gates on the terrace doors and shutters on all other windows. It is fully air conditioned.
There is a communal pool at the front of the apartments and underground parking available for guests.
With Puerto Banus and Marbella just a 10 minutes’ drive, this makes the perfect place for a relaxing holiday!
