Casa Helena is a lovely 5 bedroom villa located on San Pedro de Alcantara beachside. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the paseo with a great selection of beach bars and restaurants. Then a 10 minute (max) walk to the centre of San Pedro where you can enjoy the Spanish charm of town with its local shops, tapas bars, restaurants and bars. You really don’t need a car!
The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a private garage. You enter the villa into a large entrance hall with a beautiful crystal chandelier dominating the ceiling. Walking from here directly into the lounge with patio doors out on to the terrace and garden. The lounge has a flat screen and dining area which conveniently is next to the kitchen. There is wifi through out the house.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace and garden. The large terrace has a relaxed seating area and al fresco dining for people which overlook the pool. There is a BBQ for guests to use.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to for a hassle free holiday and has a door into the lounge and also one into the hallway. Steps lead down from the entrance hall to the garage which makes it convenient to bring up shopping, suitcases etc.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The front bedroom has access to the terrace and has a king size bed. It share its ensuite bathroom with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a separate guest toilet in the hall.
Upstairs, there is the large master bedroom with a dressing room area and large ensuite with a shower and bath. This room also has access to the large terrace which runs the length of the house.
The second bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed and also has access to the terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and both these bedrooms share the family bathroom. All 4 bedrooms apart from the master have a choice of set up between a king size bed or two twins beds.
Steps from the upper terrace lead up to a small roof top terrace with great sea and mountain views. A great place to watch the stars with a drink!
